SERVICE DESK INCIDENT MANAGERWork setting: Hybrid, 2-3 days onsite per week.Type of contract: Freelance (full time)Hourly rate: 23-24 €Location: MálagaEXPERIENCE3 years of experience in Customer focused IT or Banking fields. Previous experience on Incident Management is preferable.EDUCATIONPrevious experience, or a degree in a relevant subject.SKILLSExperience in dealing with customers and managing conference calls.Good communication skills and initiative.Knowledge of IT service management software and ITIL.Experience with office 365 with Excel competence.Ability to collaborate with team members.Ability to work under pressure.Adaptability to new challenges and eager to learn.LANGUAGESEnglish level C1OTHERThis is a 24x7 service. The candidate must be available to work afternoon and night shifts (Madrid time) and occasionally perform on-call duties.
