Now, we're looking for a dedicated Front Desk Agent to help us continue offering outstanding service to our diverse community of guests.Your Role:As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first smile that welcomes our guests and the foundation of our hostel's operations. Your key responsibilities will encompass:Warmly greeting guests and facilitating seamless check-ins and check-outs.Sharing insights about local attractions, events, and must-visit spots.Handling reservations, addressing inquiries, and fulfilling guest requests with a genuine desire to assist.Ensuring accurate and organized cash transactions while maintaining a tidy front desk area.Collaborating closely with housekeeping and maintenance teams to uphold guest satisfaction.Resolving guest concerns promptly and efficiently, ensuring an uninterrupted and enjoyable stay.Playing a pivotal role in maintaining a positive online reputation through exceptional guest interactions.What We're Looking For:We're in search of an individual who exudes enthusiasm, warmth, and an authentic passion for hospitality.
