Are you fluent in Dutch and passionate about sales and customer service? Do you want to play a key role in developing the Dutch market in an international company? Your tasks will include: Handle incoming customer inquiries from the Dutch market via phone, email, and chat Provide excellent customer service and guide customers to the best solutions Follow up on quotes and support long-term customer relationships Actively contribute to the growth and development of the Dutch market Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure an outstanding customer experience We are looking for a service-minded colleague Speaks and writes Dutch and English fluently (additional languages are a plus) Has a valid NIE and lives close to Fuengirola (this is not a remote position) Has experience in sales and/or customer service Is service-minded, proactive, and structured Enjoys daily communication with customers and colleagues We offer: An exciting role in an international environment.
