Product Manager – E-Money

Overview

You will lead the development of a regulated e-money product in a fast-paced fintech startup. You will align the product with EU requirements, shaping the vision, roadmap, and backlog for core financial services. You will collaborate with Compliance and Tech to embed regulatory controls and design robust integrations with providers. You will own metrics and unit economics, driving rapid validation and time-to-market. This role offers the chance to shape a new venture at the intersection of product, compliance, and technology.

Responsabilidades Align the product with EU regulatory requirements (BoS filings) and define vision, roadmap, and backlog for core services (issuance/redeem electronic money, payment execution, payment acquisition, payment initiation).
Embed PSD2 and AML/KYC compliance into the user journey in collaboration with Compliance leadership.
Translate business needs into engineering specs and coordinate with CTO/Tech Lead for integrations with key providers; manage remote engineering using Jira.
Shape product metrics, Time-to-Market, and validate hypotheses quickly.

Requisitos principales 3+ years in Product Management within Fintech (neobanks, payment systems, crypto wallets, or fintech ecosystems).
Deep payments domain knowledge (SEPA, SWIFT), card issuing/processing, core banking ledgers, and KYC providers.
Strong ability to design API integrations, write clear specifications, and communicate with software engineers.
Startup mindset with comfort in ambiguity, data-informed decision making, and driving releases.
Fluent Spanish and strong English (B2+/C1); Russian is a strong advantage.
