En Savills España, consultora inmobiliaria internacional, queremos incorporar un/a Junior Consultant para nuestra División de Hoteles basado/a en Madrid.

Funciones:

  • Investigación de mercado en el sector hotelero, recopilando y analizando información sobre oferta, demanda, precios, operadores, competidores y tendencias del mercado inmobiliario turístico
  • Análisis de datos
  • Apoyar el proceso comercial preparando teasers, presentaciones y propuestas adaptadas a clientes e inversores
  • Colaborar con equipos internos: capital markets, consultoría, asset management... para alinear la información de mercado con las estrategias de captación y desarrollo
  • Proporcionar soporte analítico y estratégico a la división, aportando una visión basada en datos y conocimiento del mercado hotelero

Requisitos:

  • Habilidad para comunicar resultados de investigación de forma clara, estructurada y orientada a negocio
  • Conocimiento o interés en herramientas de análisis e investigación (Excel avanzado, fuentes sectoriales, CRM, bases de datos, etc.)
  • Nivel muy alto de inglés

Persona proactiva, curiosa, analítica, con interés por el sector hotelero y el negocio inmobiliario
