As our local presence continues to grow, we are now looking to welcome a new colleague — a Junior ServiceNow Consultant — to configure and develop valuable ServiceNow solutions for our Danish clients.

Your Daily Mjolner Life

Working from Mjolners office in Goya, Centrally in Madrid you will be joining a team of highly skilled ServiceNow Consultants, designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our Danish clients.

Your role will be to assist in the design and development of ServiceNow solutions. Supporting the implementation, customization and maintenance of the solutions, you will be responsible for:

• providing technical support and troubleshooting for clients
• gathering and analyzing specific requirements in close collaboration with Senior Consultants
• conducting testing and quality assurance for ServiceNow solutions.

Your personal qualifications and competences

To qualify for the position, you must hold abachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, Information Technology or equivalent.

You have a basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts and probably you have experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS. You are analytical and have a "problem-solving" mindset.

We value a curious mindset and a willingness to learn and develop your skills in close cooperation with your colleagues as well as your clients.

Collaborating in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural setting is something that comes naturally to you due to your well-developed communication skills. Your level of English must be high as you will be working remotely with the rest of the team situated in Denmark as well as external clients.

To succeed with the above, we will make sure you visit Mjolner in Denmark, both initially and going forward, to meet your Danish colleagues and get to know our company and unique culture from the inside. Onsite customer meetings might also occur.
