At Eatable Adventures, we believe that driving agrifood innovation requires excellence in execution, teamwork, and bold ideas—and we're looking for a Junior Innovation Consultant ready to take on the challenge.

As a Junior Innovation Consultant, you'll play a key role in supporting the Agrifood Innovation Hub and driving consultancy projects across multiple countries. From coordinating project activities and ensuring timely delivery to preparing proposals and collaborating with clients, you'll help us deliver high-quality results that accelerate innovation across the food system.

Participation in open innovation programs, internal innovation or innovation consulting:

• Adaptation/customization/development of commercial proposals: strategic guidance, methodology to be used, outcomes and budgeting.
• Project management of open innovation projects, including:
• Generation of work program and schedule
• Direct relationship with the client: interviews with innovation team, presentations to clients, construction of business case
• Coordination with marketing team and ecosystem of startup recruitment actions
• Coordination with scouting team. Active participation in the selection of the most suitable startups for the project
• Relationship with potential startups participating in the program: prospective interviews, matchmaking, preparation of evaluation reports, coordination of demo days and pilots or proof of concept.
• Project management of internal innovation projects or strategic innovation consulting, including:
• Generation of work program and schedule
• Direct relationship with the client: interviews with innovation team, presentations to clients, construction of business case.
• Qualitative and quantitative analysis, research and resolution of innovation challenges and opportunities
• Support in the development of innovation strategies and methodologies
• Preparation of training sessions for clients
• Collaboration in the creation of new products or services related to open innovation, internal innovation or strategic innovation consulting.

Participation in acceleration programs:

• Participation in the selection process for candidate start-ups: recruiting, screening, interviews, etc.
• Participation in the development of the acceleration program: training sessions, closing sessions with mentors, support for the program director in the development of the program, mentoring of start-ups, search and selection of corporations for pilots or proof of concept, closing agreements with corporations for pilots, etc.
• Participation in the fundraising process: organization of demo days, monitoring of investor relations, etc.

Participation in strategic intelligence services:

• Generation of business cases and sector intelligence reports from own sources and secondary information sources.
• Participation in the preparation of company reports: The state of foodtech, the state of open innovation in the food sector and new reports.

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering (Food, chemistry, agri-food), Economics, International Relations, or related field.
• Experience: At least 2 years of experience in project management, consultancy, or innovation roles (internships or junior positions welcome).

• Skills:

• Organized & Detail-Oriented – You're a natural multitasker who thrives on structure and precision, ensuring nothing falls through the cracks.

• Strong Communicator – Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English; comfortable engaging with diverse stakeholders.
• Analytical & Resourceful – Skilled in research and problem-solving, with a proactive approach to challenges.
• Tech-Savvy – Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Slides, Sheets, Drive, and Gmail); familiarity with project management tools is a plus.
• Curious & Driven – Excited to learn, grow, and contribute to projects that shape the future of food innovation.
