The Ecosystem & Partnerships Associate plays a central role in activating and expanding Eatable Adventures' global agrifoodtech ecosystem. This position combines ecosystem engagement, partnership development, and coordination of consortium opportunities, fully aligned with the department's strategic impact-driven model.

The role supports the design and execution of stakeholder engagement strategies, contributes to new business opportunities, and strengthens our position as a global platform for agrifood innovation.

  • Ecosystem Mapping & Activation
  • Maintain and evolve the stakeholder database.
  • Support the implementation of CRM processes and funnel stages (identification, engagement, value exchange, trust).
  • Coordinate meetings, follow-ups and activation actions that strengthen relationships and move stakeholders toward high-value partnerships.
  • Identify and support new partnership opportunities.
  • Build and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads, collaborating with commercial teams to progress opportunities.
  • Understand stakeholder needs and translate them into engagement proposals, programs, or potential collaborations.
  • Represent Eatable Adventures in key industry events, supporting meetings, visibility and follow-up.
  • Support the design and coordination of consortium initiatives (regional or thematic).
  • Facilitate collaboration between startups, corporates, institutions and research centers.
  • Contribute to the development and activation of the innovation ecosystem products in the agrifood space.
  • Generate insights, dashboards and materials that support commercial and strategic decision-making.
  • Contribute to internal intelligence tools such as newsletters, trend digests and innovation radars.
  • Produce concise reports or briefing materials on market trends, technologies and stakeholder opportunities.
  • Monitor high-potential startups and provide insights into emerging technologies.
  • Support digital and in-person engagement initiatives: newsletters, campaigns, meetups, demo days and workshops.
  • Assist in scouting and evaluating startups for consulting projects and open innovation programs.

Education required

  • Bachelor's degree in Agrifood Technology, Agricultural Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Biotechnology, Business Administration, International Relations, or similar relevant studies.
  • Highly Valued: Master's degree or specialized postgraduate education in innovation management, food tech, partnership development, ecosystem building, sustainability, or agri-food policy.

Experience & Background

  • At least 2 years of experience in innovation, partnerships, business development, consulting, ecosystem building, or similar roles.
  • Strong passion for the agrifood sector and for the role of technology in solving global food system challenges.
  • Experience engaging with multiple stakeholders.

Skills

  • Communication: high ability to communicate, explain insights and speak to different stakeholders. Comfortable building relationships and supporting commercial conversations. Ability to create clear presentations and concise strategic materials.
  • Analytical mindset: Ability to analyze trends, technologies and market signals to create actionable insights.
  • Project management: Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Digital tools: Proficiency with CRM tools (HubSpot preferred) and digital productivity tools.
  • Languages: excellent communication skills both written and verbal in Spanish and English. Other languages will be highly valued,
