We are building a new international sales team in our 
Barcelona office
 and we are currently hiring 
3 Sales Representatives
 to work with the 
Italian, Spanish, and German markets
.

This position is offered exclusively as a freelance / independent contractor collaboration.

An active VAT number (self-employed / autónomo) is mandatory to apply.

Your main mission will be to 
generate new clients through outbound cold calling
 for our 
compliance and whistleblowing SaaS platform
, one of the fastest-growing solutions in Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform daily 
    outbound calls
     to companies in your assigned market (IT / ES / DE) to present our SaaS solution.
  • Follow a 
    structured sales script and workflow
     developed together with our Sales Trainer.
  • Manage the first phase of the sales funnel:
  • Outreach
  • Pitch delivery
  • Objection handling
  • Lead qualification
  • Booking demos for the senior consultant
  • Keep the CRM updated and perform systematic follow-ups.
  • Represent the company with 
    professionalism and consistency
    .

Mandatory Requirements

  • Active VAT number as a self-employed professional / freelancer
     (Spain or any other EU/non-EU country that allows legal invoicing).
  • Professional working proficiency
     in 
    Italian, Spanish, or German
     (one representative per language).
  • Good verbal communication skills and confidence in phone conversations.
  • Comfort with outbound calling and business conversations.
  • Strong sense of responsibility and goal orientation.
  • Availability to work on-site
     at our Barcelona office.

Preferred (but not mandatory)

  • Previous experience in sales, telesales, or call centers.
  • Experience with CRM tools and structured sales processes.
