Sales Development Representative (DACH Region)

Unser Klient, ein dynamisches Technologieunternehmen, sucht eine ambitionierte Fachkraft zur Verstärkung seines Teams in Barcelona. Als Sales Development Representative (SDR) sind Sie massgeblich daran beteiligt, neue Geschäftsmöglichkeiten im DACH-Markt zu identifizieren und zu entwickeln.

Aufgaben

  • Gezielte Akquise von Neukunden durch Telefonie, E-Mail und soziale Netzwerke
  • Recherche und Segmentierung von potenziellen Kunden
  • Führung von beratenden Verkaufsgesprächen zur Ermittlung von Kundenbedürfnissen
  • Vereinbarung von qualifizierten Terminen für das Vertriebsteam
  • Pflege der Kundendaten im CRM-System
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Vertriebs- und Marketingteam

Qualifikationen

  • Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und zwischenmenschliche Fähigkeiten
  • Hohe Eigenmotivation, Organisationstalent und Belastbarkeit
  • Interesse an Technologie und B2B-Lösungen
  • Zielorientiertes und ergebnisorientiertes Denken
