: Sales Director – Value Added Reseller (Madrid, Spain)

Key Role Responsibilities
:

  • Build and lead a high-performing outbound sales team from the ground up.
  • Drive KPI success within the sales function
  • Assist with launching new products and expand the company's regional footprint across Spain and EMEA.
  • Ensure full compliance with local regulatory requirements and internal governance.

Key Attributes Required
:

  • Proven experience in sales Management within product sales within IT reseller / IT Managed Services environment.
  • A successful track record of leading a successful sales team
  • You will lead from the front, being a hands on enterprise sales person yourself, along with driving team performance
  • Fluent in English and Spanish. An additional European language would be ideal (French / German etc)
