The Role

We're looking for a hands-on, data-driven HR Generalist (Operations) who thrives in an evolving environment. You'll be the go-to person for our teams in Barcelona, Madrid, and beyond—making sure our People Operations run smoothly, efficiently, and in full compliance with Spanish labor regulations.

You'll combine a love for structure with a flexible mindset, bringing order to ambiguity while keeping things human and fun

What You'll Do

  • Act as the first point of contact for all employees and managers on operational people matters.
  • Manage and continuously improve People processes from onboarding, offboarding, and everything in between.
  • Implement and optimize HR systems and tools, leveraging automation and AI where possible.
  • Keep People data clean, structured, and translate insights into action.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal policies.
  • Support in organizing internal events and initiatives that strengthen our culture.
  • Liaise with our external Health and Safety provider to ensure we meet all legal and compliance requirements.
  • Coordinate payroll inputs and other compensation or benefits-related data.
  • Partner with the Head of People to rebuild and redesign People processes for our next chapter.

What You'll Bring

  • At least 5 years of HR experience, with several years focused on People Operations.
  • Experience in tech, start-up, or scale-up environments where you have built or improved HR processes.
  • Proven experience implementing and maintaining HR systems and tools.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to make data-informed decisions.
  • Resilience and adaptability — you stay calm and maybe even thrive in ambiguity.
  • Strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • A hands-on, proactive and collaborative attitude.
