Position:

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop a portfolio of key national accounts.
  • Negotiate commercial agreements, pricing conditions, and promotional plans.
  • Define and execute growth strategies together with strategic customers.
  • Coordinate closely with marketing, trade marketing, and logistics teams to ensure effective execution.
  • Monitor performance, analyze results, and identify new business opportunities.

The position is based in Madrid and is on-site, with some flexibility.

Responsabilidades principales:

  • Gestión y desarrollo de una cartera de clientes clave a nivel nacional.
  • Negociación de acuerdos comerciales, condiciones económicas y planes promocionales.
  • Definición e implementación de estrategias de crecimiento junto a clientes estratégicos.
  • Coordinación con los equipos de marketing, trade marketing y logística para asegurar una correcta ejecución.
  • Seguimiento de resultados, análisis de KPIs e identificación de nuevas oportunidades de negocio.

El puesto está basado en Madrid, con modalidad presencial y cierta flexibilidad.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or Sales Manager, preferably in toys, FMCG, or related industries.
  • Strong commercial mindset with analytical and results-oriented skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship management abilities.
  • Autonomous, proactive, and strategic profile.
  • Fluent Spanish; good level of English is a plus.
  • Experiencia demostrable como Key Account Manager o Sales Manager, preferiblemente en el sector juguete, gran consumo o sectores afines.
  • Fuerte orientación comercial, analítica y a resultados.
  • Alta capacidad de negociación y gestión de relaciones.
  • Perfil autónomo, proactivo y con visión estratégica.
  • Nivel alto de español; inglés valorable.
