OMODA Motors is a new brand built by Chery Group, which is a leading Chinese automobile company. OMODA operates individually from other brands of Chery Group. Its business scope covers the R&D, production and sales of passenger cars.

Position Summary

The
B2B Key Account Manager
will be responsible for managing and expanding commercial relationships with corporate clients, renting and leasing companies, fleet operators, mobility companies, and other professional stakeholders within the automotive sector. The main mission of the role is to drive vehicle and complementary service sales through the B2B channel, ensuring customer satisfaction and business profitability.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute the B2B commercial strategy defined by the company.
  • Identify new opportunities within the Corporate, Fleet, Renting, Brokers and emerging Mobility channels.
  • Manage commercial negotiations with corporate clients, key accounts and strategic partners.
  • Prepare tailored proposals according to each client profile and their mobility needs.
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting, needs assessment, contract closing and post-sales follow-up.
  • Collaborate proactively and dynamically with other company areas — Marketing, Sales, After-Sales and Finance — to ensure a seamless customer experience.
  • Analyze B2B market trends, pricing, competition and customer needs to recommend business improvements.
  • Represent the brand at industry events, fairs and professional meetings.
  • Prepare periodic activity reports, sales forecasts and B2B channel KPIs.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, Engineering, Economics or similar.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the automotive, mobility, fleet, renting or related industries.
  • Strong understanding of the corporate vehicle market.
  • Clear results orientation and strong focus on achieving objectives.
  • Advanced knowledge of CRM tools and Microsoft Office.
  • High level of English is essential.
