Your Future Role
- Provide customer support via ticketing system and phone, ensuring timely and effective issue resolution.
- Guide the onboarding process for selected new customers, ensuring a smooth and successful implementation.
- Understand customer needs and identify potential opportunities for upsells or value-added services.
- Document processes and build a comprehensive knowledge base for customer self-service.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure customer feedback is captured and addressed.
- This role reports to the Director Business Development & Sales based in Barcelona.
Your Skills
- Ideally, you have 1+ year of experience in Customer Success or a similar client-facing role. Experience in the tech or SaaS sector is a plus.
- Positive attitude with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
- Strong, proactive communication skills.
- Self-driven and able to work independently, especially as the first Customer Success hire in Spain within our five-person sales team.
- Fast learner with the ability to understand technical products and translate them into customer value.
- Results-oriented, organized and well-versed in problem-solving.
- Motivated to work in a technology-driven environment and grow within a scaling team.
- Native-level Spanish is required to interact with our customers, along with fluent written and spoken English, as English is our working language.
