Como Co-founder y CFO en ARASAN AEROSPACE, serás responsable de liderar las estrategias financieras de la empresa, planificar su crecimiento y garantizar el uso adecuado de los recursos. Además, contribuirás al diseño y ejecución de estrategias comerciales y de marketing, gestionando relaciones con inversores y siendo parte clave en la toma de decisiones estratégicas. Este es un puesto de tiempo completo que se desempeña de forma presencial en Barcelona.
Requisitos
- Fuerte capacidad analítica para interpretar datos financieros, realizar proyecciones económicas y tomar decisiones informadas.
- Excelentes aptitudes de comunicación y liderazgo para colaborar con equipos internos y externos, y para presentar informes a inversores y partes clave.
- Conocimientos sólidos en ventas y marketing, con experiencia en la creación de estrategias para el crecimiento del negocio.
- Habilidad en la investigación y en la identificación de oportunidades de mercado para posicionar a la empresa en el sector aeroespacial.
- Se valorarán competencias adicionales como experiencia en gestión de startups, planificación estratégica y una mentalidad proactiva para resolver problemas de manera creativa.
