This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of product management methodologies.Main MissionDrive the rapid delivery of product vision by autonomously gathering project functional requirements and anticipating needs, ensuring quick and effective project execution.Regularly review the competitive landscape to stay updated and optimise strategies.Identify key success metrics for product launches to measure impact and guide future developments.Key ResponsibilitiesYou will be responsible for:Product RequirementsRequirements gatheringCompetitor market researchAcceptance criteriaProject Planning:Develop detailed project plans, including scope, objectives, deliverables, and timelines.Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all project requirements are met.Monitor and track project progress, adjusting schedules and resources as necessary to meet project goals.Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies.Design and DeliveryWire-framing with our Product DesignerCommunicate the rationale and value behind designsAnswer developer’s questions regarding the business requirementsUser ResearchContextual interviewsSurveysGrowth and DataDefine & measure impact of new features against predefined metricsOptimise & iterateYour QualificationsMust-havesTechnical & Product Skills:Ability to rapidly prototype using Python, JS, or equivalent (e.g., Streamlit, Node, Rails).Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks and tooling (e.g., OpenAI, Whisper, ElevenLabs, Bark, Hugging Face, RVC, or similar).Experience building and shipping functional PoCs and MVPs with a focus on user experience.Strong understanding of product discovery, experimentation, and iteration loops.Comfort working without fully defined specs — you shape the 0→1.Soft Skills:Strong product intuition and user empathySelf-starter mindset with a bias for action and fast learningExcellent ability to identify what’s worth testing vs what’s noiseComfortable working cross-functionally with engineers, designers, and leadershipStrong, clear communication & collaborative skills (perfectly fluent in English) - with ability to pitch ideas conciselyGoal-orientation, ownership & commitment Doer mindset – we are moving fast and we need people who can find the right balance between execution, planning & strategy????????
