¿Qué aprenderás y harás con nosotros?

  • ·      Serás un experto en Visual Merchandising: Aprenderás a implementar materiales de PLV y planogramas que capturen todas las miradas, garantizando que el producto siempre luzca impecable.

  •        Te convertirás en un Formador de Éxito: Capacitarás al personal de farmacia en técnicas de venta, argumentarios y beneficios del producto, convirtiéndote en su referente de confianza.

  • ·      Impulsarás el Negocio: Ejecutarás acciones estratégicas para maximizar las ventas (sell-out) y propondrás retos personalizados según el potencial de cada farmacia.

  • · Dominarás la Tecnología: Manejarás herramientas digitales de vanguardia (Tablet, Power BI) para registrar tus visitas, analizar KPIs y compartir insights que ayuden al equipo a crecer.

Tu perfil técnico:

  • Formación: Graduado escolar, valorándose muy positivamente que cuentes con un Grado Medio o Superior.

  • Experiencia: Tienes experiencia previa como GPV en el canal farmacia o parafarmacia, enfocada específicamente en impulsar el Sell Out.

  • Idiomas: Dominio del español (se valorarán lenguas cooficiales según la ruta).

  • Resolución y Autonomía: Eres capaz de tomar decisiones, organizarte de forma impecable y trabajar bajo presión.

  • Conexión Humana: Tienes alta empatía, vocación de servicio y excelentes habilidades comunicativas para conectar con las personas.

  • Digitalmente ágil: Te sientes cómodo/a manejando herramientas digitales como Excel y Power BI.

¿Qué te ofrecemos?

  • · Localización: Trabajarás en ruta de VALENCIA/ALICANTE, llevando el impacto de nuestras marcas a diferentes puntos.

  • Contrato de 6 meses, con posibilidad de continuidad dentro de la compañía.

  • Salario 21.000€ brutos anuales € variable (abril a diciembre)

  • Coche de empresa con tarjeta Solred para gasolina y disipativo móvil
