Actualment estem buscant un/a Visitor Relationship Manager per incorporar-se a la Unitat de Negoci de Salons Industrials.

Què faràs?

La persona seleccionada s'encarregarà de captar el màxim de visitants, key buyers, key players i facilitar la seva participació generant contacte amb expositors.

Responsabilitats principals:

  • Identificació i cerca de perfils de visitants (key buyers, key players y multiplicadors) i definició de l'oferta per a cada perfil.
  • Planificació i execució d' accions de captació directa (email, telèfon, visites comercials).
  • Gestió del programa Hosted Buyers.
  • Coordinació amb delegacions internacionals en la captació de key buyers.
  • Atenció al key buyer: preparació agenda, atenció in-situ.
  • Preparació d'informes i reporting resultats

A qui busquem?

  • Formació universitària en ADE, Relacions Internacionals o Negocis Internacionals.
  • Haver acabat el Grau Universitari o Màster entre 2022/2025.
  • NO haver Treballat anteriormant amb contràcte de pràctiques.
  • Es valora experiència en vendes o gestionant clients, pressupostos o projectes.
  • Domini de paquets ofimàtics (Excel, PowerPoint) i bon nivell d'anglès.
  • Habilitats de lideratge, comunicació, planificació i capacitat d'anàlisi.
  • Orientació al client i a l'excel·lència en el servei, amb capacitat d'influència i treball en equip.
