We are working on behalf of our well-established international client who is looking to hire an experienced and talented IT recruitment expert in their thriving Barcelona office.
With a high performing, multinational office has an inclusive, vibrant and social atmosphere. After exceptional success recruiting across the EU are expanding their footprint into the French contract market.
The Role:
A hands-on billing management role, where you'll lead by example generating business across France and grow the contract IT client portfolio.
Spearheading the development and implementation of the commercial strategy for the French recruitment division.
As a people manager, you'll provide 1-2-1 support ensuring each 360 recruiter achieves their full potential. You'll be involved in hiring colleagues and your knowledge will be leveraged in growing a thriving team.
About you:
- You will have at least 5 years recruiting within the IT, Tech or Digital markets. This will be focused on contract/ freelance positions
- Highly experienced in business development and maintaining relationship with clients in the French market
- At least 2 years direct management of 360 recruitment consultants
- Fluent French essential
, with conversational English. - Must have EU right to work
- A confident leader with business acumen, able to motivate and drive a successful team
- An excellent communicator, with an open, flexible and approachable manner
