Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Barcelona for a Marketing Recruitment Manager. The role includes overseeing recruitment efforts, with a focus on student recruiting, ensuring targeted marketing strategies effectively drive participation. Responsibilities involve developing recruitment campaigns, managing projects, fostering partnerships with educational institutions, and analyzing recruitment metrics to refine processes. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders will be a critical aspect of daily activities.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Communication, including written and verbal proficiency
- Expertise in Recruiting, with a specific focus on Student Recruiting
- Experience in Sales, with success in meeting and exceeding goals
- Proficiency in Project Management for organizing and implementing recruitment campaigns
- Ability to work effectively in teams, build relationships, and foster collaboration
- Strong analytical abilities to evaluate recruitment metrics and improve strategies
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Prior experience in marketing and/or recruitment roles is a plus
- Fluency in multiple languages is an advantage
