TK Elevator is committed to driving digital transformation and delivering efficient, transparent, and user-friendly HR services. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced ServiceNow HRSD Application/Product Manager (m/f/d) to take ownership of our ServiceNow HR Service Delivery platform and ensure its continuous improvement

What we expect

• Manage, operate, and continuously enhance the ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) platform
• Act as the interface between HR, IT, and external vendors; manage implementation partners
• Ensure system stability, performance, and security
• Analyze business processes and translate them into ServiceNow HRSD workflows
• Define and maintain the service and demand backlog (demand management)
• Coordinate releases, updates, and upgrades of the platform
• Monitor, analyze, and report KPIs, driving continuous process improvement
• Advise HR departments on digital HR services, automation, and best practices

Who we are looking for

• Degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification
• Several years of ServiceNow HRSD functional and technical experience
• Strong knowledge of the ServiceNow platform (HR Service Delivery essential, ITSM and APP Engine a plus)
• Experience in stakeholder management and vendor/partner coordination
• Solid understanding of HR processes and digital HR solutions ( e.g. SuccessFactors)
• Analytical mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and proactive approach
• Excellent communication skills in English - B2 (German is a plus)
• First (Agentic) AI ServiceNow experiences
