Responsibilities

  1. IT Operations & User Support

  2. Provide day-to-day IT operations and technical support to ensure stable and efficient office systems;

  3. Deliver Level 1 and Level 2 IT support for end users, including:
  4. Laptops, desktops, mobile devices, printers, and meeting room equipment
  5. Operating systems, Microsoft Office, email systems, VPN, and collaboration tools
  6. Respond to and resolve IT tickets in a timely manner to minimize business disruption;

  7. Manage IT assets, including equipment setup, allocation, maintenance, inventory, and lifecycle tracking.

  8. Systems & Network Support

  9. Support and maintain the local IT infrastructure, including LAN/Wi-Fi networks and basic network security;

  10. Coordinate with HQ or regional IT teams on system deployment, account setup, and access control;
  11. Support the local rollout and daily operation of corporate systems, such as:
  12. ERP / Finance systems
  13. HR systems
  14. CRM / DMS / OA systems

  15. Assist with system upgrades, configuration changes, testing, and user training.

  16. Information Security & Compliance

  17. Implement and follow company IT and information security policies;

  18. Manage user access rights and system permissions to ensure data security;
  19. Support IT security audits, compliance checks, and remediation actions;

  20. Promote basic information security awareness among employees.

  21. Project & Vendor Support

  22. Support local IT-related projects, such as system go-lives, office setup or relocation, and device deployment;

  23. Coordinate with local IT service providers, telecom operators, and hardware/software vendors;

  24. Assist with IT contracts, service level monitoring (SLA), and cost control.

  25. Documentation & Process Improvement

  26. Maintain IT documentation, operating procedures, and basic troubleshooting guides;

  27. Continuously improve IT support processes and service quality;
  28. Perform other IT-related tasks as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
  • 3–5 years of experience in IT support, IT operations, or a similar role
  • Experience in multinational companies or fast-growing organizations is a strong plus
  • Ability to support a start-up or expansion-phase office environment
  • Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
  • Solid understanding of basic networking (TCP/IP, routing, switching, Wi-Fi)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365, email systems, VPN, and endpoint management tools
  • Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP, HR, or CRM systems is preferred
  • Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Spanish: Native or business-fluent
  • English: Business-fluent or working proficiency.
