Seleccionamos un IT Service Delivery & Projects Manager (H/M/X) para incorporarse directamente en cliente final, ubicado en Getafe (Madrid).

Se requiere:

- Formación en Informática, IT o similar.

  • Experiencia de al menos 3-5 años realizando las funciones de en funciones de gestión de servicios IT, proyectos o consultoría tecnológica.

  • Experiencia previa en desarrollo, BBDD o entornos web (Java, CRM, ERP, Salesforce, etc.).

  • Capacidad de análisis funcional y relación fluida con usuarios de negocio.

  • Experiencia en gestión de proveedores y control de SLA.

  • Persona autónoma, proactiva, resolutiva y con habilidades comunicativas.

Te encargarás de:

- Gestión y seguimiento de servicios IT (área de aplicativos), control de SLA, KPIs y reporting a negocio.

  • Relación con Proveedores: interlocución, seguimiento de entregas, control presupuestario y evaluación de calidad del servicio.

  • Coordinación técnica. Planificación y priorización de evolutivos técnicos y funcionales.

  • Mejora continua: definición de acciones de mejora sobre los servicios, revisión de ANS, elaboración de informes y planes de acción.

  • Soporte a negocio: toma de requisitos, análisis funcional y priorización de necesidades con las diferentes áreas.
