How you will shape Prophero:
Setting goals and developing plans for business and revenue growth.
Engaging with new and existing clients to drive business expansion.
Creating and executing strategies to capture new market opportunities.
Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key client accounts.
Providing financial tools and insights to optimize client investment strategies.
Attracting and retaining high-value clients for sustainable growth.
What you will bring to our team:
Experience: 1+ years in account management and real state.
Proven track record in managing a portfolio of clients and driving business growth.
Education: Background in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
Advanced English, as all our teams are distributed globally and we use English for all internal communications.
Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
Ability to self-motivate and inspire others.
Willingness to travel as needed.
Tools: Familiarity with financial modeling tools and CRM platforms (HubSpot).
