is a pioneering Health-Tech company specializing in AI-driven neurotechnology. We design evidence-based digital solutions to enhance cognitive functions and support clinical decision-making.

We are looking for a
Customer Success & Sales Specialist
to join our mission of transforming mental health and neurodevelopmental care. You will play a critical role in scaling Sincrolab in Spain, driving the adoption of our platform among healthcare professionals, and ensuring every implementation turns into a long-term success story. Key Responsibilities

As a hybrid profile between Sales and Customer Success, you will own the full lifecycle of our clinical partners:

1. Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and prospect clinics, healthcare centers, and professionals (Psychiatrists, Neuropediatricians, etc.).
  • Conduct high-impact demos presenting the clinical, scientific, and economic value of Sincrolab.
  • Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and follow-ups to proposal negotiation and closing.

2. Onboarding & Implementation

  • Lead the onboarding process to ensure seamless activation in each center.
  • Train healthcare professionals on both the technical use of the platform and clinical application.
  • Develop personalized action plans to integrate Sincrolab into daily clinical workflows.

3. Strategic Relationship Management

  • Build trust-based relationships with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
  • Act as a consultant to help clinicians interpret reports and patient progress.
  • Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts (upselling/referrals).

4. Product Feedback & Monitoring

  • Monitor usage metrics, adherence, and satisfaction to prevent churn.
  • Gather insights from the field to collaborate with Product, Science, and Operations teams for continuous improvement.
  • Represent Sincrolab at congresses, workshops, and training sessions.

What We Are Looking For

Essential Requirements:

  • Experience:
    1–3 years in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management.
  • Sector Knowledge:
    Experience or strong interest in Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices, or Digital Health.
  • Languages:
    High proficiency in English and Spanish (Written & Spoken).
  • Skills:
    Excellent communication, organization, and goal-oriented mindset.

Preferred (Nice-to-have):

  • Background in Psychology, Neuropsychology, or Health Sciences.
  • Understanding of ADHD, mental health pathologies, or cognitive stimulation.
