We are looking for a
Customer Success & Sales Specialist
to join our mission of transforming mental health and neurodevelopmental care. You will play a critical role in scaling Sincrolab in Spain, driving the adoption of our platform among healthcare professionals, and ensuring every implementation turns into a long-term success story. Key Responsibilities
As a hybrid profile between Sales and Customer Success, you will own the full lifecycle of our clinical partners:
1. Business Development & Sales
- Identify and prospect clinics, healthcare centers, and professionals (Psychiatrists, Neuropediatricians, etc.).
- Conduct high-impact demos presenting the clinical, scientific, and economic value of Sincrolab.
- Manage the full sales cycle: from lead generation and follow-ups to proposal negotiation and closing.
2. Onboarding & Implementation
- Lead the onboarding process to ensure seamless activation in each center.
- Train healthcare professionals on both the technical use of the platform and clinical application.
- Develop personalized action plans to integrate Sincrolab into daily clinical workflows.
3. Strategic Relationship Management
- Build trust-based relationships with multidisciplinary clinical teams.
- Act as a consultant to help clinicians interpret reports and patient progress.
- Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts (upselling/referrals).
4. Product Feedback & Monitoring
- Monitor usage metrics, adherence, and satisfaction to prevent churn.
- Gather insights from the field to collaborate with Product, Science, and Operations teams for continuous improvement.
- Represent Sincrolab at congresses, workshops, and training sessions.
What We Are Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Experience:
1–3 years in Sales, Customer Success, or Account Management. - Sector Knowledge:
Experience or strong interest in Healthcare, Pharma, Medical Devices, or Digital Health. - Languages:
High proficiency in English and Spanish (Written & Spoken). - Skills:
Excellent communication, organization, and goal-oriented mindset.
Preferred (Nice-to-have):
- Background in Psychology, Neuropsychology, or Health Sciences.
- Understanding of ADHD, mental health pathologies, or cognitive stimulation.
