Puesto:
Service Desk

  • Licenciatura en un campo relacionado o experiencia laboral equivalente.
  • Experiencia mínima de 2 años en puestos similares.
  • Español nativo.
  • Inglés avanzado.
  • Excelentes habilidades comunicativas, tanto orales como escritas.
  • Orientación al cliente y capacidad de trabajo en equipo.
  • Persona motivada, proactiva y acostumbrada a trabajar bajo procedimientos establecidos.

San Blas-Canillejas, Madrid (Presencial)

Horario:
Turnos rotativos 24x7

Funciones Principales

  • Brindar soporte técnico y resolución de problemas por correo electrónico, chat en vivo y llamadas.
  • Gestionar incidencias y solicitudes de servicio utilizando ServiceNow.
  • Escalar problemas según sea necesario para cumplir o superar los SLA del cliente.
  • Seguir procedimientos establecidos y realizar tareas periódicas de manera organizada.
  • Asegurar el cumplimiento de procesos y sistemas establecidos.
  • Atender consultas técnicas estándar con un trato amable y cortés.
