SAMY, agencia global social-first líder en estrategias de comunicación digital, busca incorporar un/a Influencer Marketing & Community Manager para su equipo en Madrid. El rol está orientado a perfiles con experiencia en gestión de comunidades, influencer marketing y activación de creadores, capaces de conectar marcas con audiencias de forma auténtica y estratégica.

Formarás parte de un entorno internacional, creativo y altamente conectado con la cultura digital, trabajando para marcas líderes a nivel global dentro de campañas sociales de alto impacto.

Funciones principales

  • Gestión de la comunicación diaria con creadores de contenido (microinfluencers) a través de DMs, comentarios y email, tanto en plataformas propias como en redes sociales.

  • Seguimiento y soporte continuo a los creadores durante todo el ciclo de las campañas.

  • Interacción activa con usuarios y publicaciones para fomentar el engagement y dinamizar la comunidad.

  • Identificación de tendencias, oportunidades y conversaciones relevantes dentro del ecosistema social.

  • Propuesta de ideas de dinamización y apoyo en la definición de la estrategia de comunidad e influencers.

  • Creación de contenido propio para la comunidad, incluyendo vídeos semanales con tips y recomendaciones.

  • Colaboración con equipos internos para asegurar la correcta ejecución de campañas de influencer y advocacy.

Requisitos

  • Experiencia de 2 a 5 años en community management, influencer marketing, affiliate marketing o roles similares.

  • Experiencia previa en programas de afiliación o fidelización, así como en gestión de marcas del sector beauty, será un plus.

  • Conocimiento avanzado de redes sociales y del ecosistema de influencers.

  • Alto dominio de Excel para seguimiento, reporting y control de campañas.

  • Capacidad analítica y visión estratégica aplicada a la gestión de comunidades.

  • Formación universitaria relacionada o experiencia equivalente.

  • Nivel alto de inglés, tanto escrito como hablado.
