We're hiring | Influencer Manager (TikTok Focus)
Madrid (Hybrid / Remote)
We're a fast-growing Creator Agency specialized in TikTok and TikTok Shop, and we're looking for an Influencer Manager to support and grow our creator network.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working closely with creators, managing relationships, and learning about TikTok-driven e-commerce. You don't need to know everything from day one — we value curiosity, ownership, and strong communication skills.
What you'll do:
Identify, connect with, and onboard TikTok creators
Manage day-to-day communication and support creators' needs
Help design and implement creator growth plans
Solve creators' questions and support their development
Assist with online webinars and occasional offline events in Madrid
What we're looking for:
- Professional-level Spanish (native or fluent)
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
- Ability to work independently and take ownership
- Interest or basic knowledge in TikTok, TikTok Shop, or influencer marketing
- English and/or Chinese is a plus
