Influencer Marketing Specialist - Poland Market
to join our team and help define the future of online language learning from the influencer marketing channel. We are looking for someone who is savvy with the latest social media trends, has an entrepreneurial spirit, and believes in the value of technology with a human touch to educate and connect people around the world. The candidate should have a basic understanding of sponsorship and partnership collaboration.

You have a passion for languages and social media, as well as a global mindset. Ideal candidates will be exceptional team players, who have collaborated with team members from diverse backgrounds at all levels. Success in this role will require practical skills in tactical execution.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Collaboration–Poland Market: Support the localization of the product features for the Polish market. Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies tailored to the Polish audience. Conduct outreach to potential influencers for collaboration.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong and mutually beneficial relationships with influencers, negotiating partnerships that benefit all parties involved.
  • Creative Content: Collaborate closely with influencers to create engaging, on-brand content, while staying informed about evolving content trends, with the aim of maximizing conversion possibilities.
  • Data-Driven Optimization: Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies and deliver the best possible results.
  • Ad Hoc Support: Collaborate on additional tasks assigned by your supervisor to supercharge our team

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or related.
  • 1+ years of proven experience in influencer marketing or social media, with a strong portfolio of successful campaigns. Having resources for influencer profiles would be an added plus.
  • Strong understanding of the Poland market, with deep insights into Polish culture and consumer behavior.
  • Great command of Polish and English. Dutch, Italian, French, or German is a plus.
  • Deep understanding of social media platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Podcasts, Twitch, Discord, etc.) and the influencer & social media landscape.
  • Excellent communication & negotiation skills and the capability to maintain great working relationships with influencers/freelancers/agencies.
