We are looking for a
hands-on Finance Controller
with a strong
control & business mindset
, responsible for
financial performance tracking, accounting supervision, treasury, payments and risk control
.

This role is designed for someone who
controls the business through data
, with
Excel as a core working tool, besides other data tools.

Key responsibilities

  • Financial controlling and business performance tracking
  • Supervision of accounting delivered by external advisors
  • Review of monthly closings and financial consistency
  • Cash-flow control and treasury forecasting
  • Invoicing, reconciliations and revenue control
  • Payments, payouts and suppliers supervision
  • Payments flows analysis and anomaly/fraud detection
  • Financial and business reporting to management
  • Improvement of internal control processes

Required profile

  • 3–5 years of relevant experience
    in
    financial controlling, finance operations or business finance.
  • Strong ability to
    supervise accounting
    , without performing daily bookings
  • Background in
    startup, fintech, e-commerce, SaaS or payment environments
  • Very strong Excel skills
    (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
  • Analytical, autonomous and problem-solver mindset
  • Comfortable working with external accounting firms
  • English –
    Professional working proficiency (mandatory)
    .

Excel proficiency is mandatory
. This role is Excel-driven.

Nice to have

  • Experience with
    payment service providers (PSP)
  • Exposure to
    fraud prevention or transaction control
  • Experience building dashboards or financial models in Excel
