Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Controller/VP Finance & Ops based in Madrid/Bilbao or Remote. The Controller/VP Finance & Ops will oversee the financial operations and strategy of the company, including managing financial statements, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and leading accounting processes. Additional responsibilities include analyzing financial data to support business decisions, implementing operational strategies to drive efficiency, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Collaboration across departments and communication with stakeholders are key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Finance, with experience in managing Financial Statements and Financial Reporting
  • Advanced Accounting skills, supported by strong Analytical Skills
  • Strong leadership, decision-making, and cross-departmental collaboration abilities
  • Experience in optimizing financial operations and ensuring compliance with regulations
  • Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
  • Proficiency in financial and accounting software; familiarity with AI-powered tools is a plus
