Desde Adsearch estamos colaborando en la búsqueda de un
Vice President – Project Finance & Structured Finance
para un reconocido advisory internacional especializado en deuda estructurada, financiación de proyectos e infraestructura, con una amplia trayectoria asesorando a fondos de deuda, instituciones financieras y otros inversores en estructuración y ejecución de financiamiento complejo.

La persona que se incorporé será responsable de liderar de forma autónoma y estratégica todo el ciclo de vida de transacciones complejas de Project Finance y financiación estructurada, interactuando directamente con clientes, inversores y contrapartes externas, y supervisando equipos de analistas y asociados en la ejecución de mandatos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Liderar la estructuración, negociación y ejecución de transacciones de deuda estructurada y
    project finance
    para proyectos de infraestructura, energía, activos reales o sectores complementarios.
  • Relación con inversores y contrapartes ante bancos, fondos de deuda, aseguradoras, inversores institucionales y sponsors, negociando términos, exponiendo estructuras propuestas y construyendo confianza estratégica.
  • Autonomía total en ejecución de operaciones y gestionar de manera independiente el ciclo de transacción — desde la evaluación preliminar, modelización financiera avanzada, negociación de términos,
    due diligence
    y cierre financiero.
  • Gestión de equipos y mentoring, coordinar, mentorizar y desarrollar al equipo de asociados y analistas involucrados en transacciones; fomentar una cultura de alto rendimiento, rigor técnico y pensamiento estratégico.
  • Desarrollo de negocio, contribuir activamente al crecimiento del pipeline de proyectos y al posicionamiento del equipo frente a patrocinadores y potenciales clientes, apoyando presentaciones comerciales,
    pitch books
    y propuestas de valor.

Perfil del candidato:

  • Experiencia mínima de 6–8+ años en
    project finance
    , financiación estructurada o
    structured debt
    , idealmente en firmas de banca de inversión, consultoría financiera o advisory de deuda.
  • Sólida experiencia técnica y comercial, incluyendo modelización financiera avanzada, análisis de riesgo y negociación de estructuras de financiación.
  • Alto nivel de inglés profesional; otros idiomas europeos serán un plus.
  • Titulación universitaria en Finanzas, Economía, Ingeniería, Administración o similar; certificaciones como CFA o MBA valorables.
