Finance Director / Head of Finance — Madrid, Spain | Full-Time

is looking for a
Finance Director / Head of Finance
to lead the company's full finance function from Madrid. This role will oversee all financial operations of the group, including accounting oversight, controlling, treasury, budgeting, reporting, SPV management, and project finance across our hotel development portfolio.

We are a vertically integrated hotel owner, operator, designer, and developer. Our teams collaborate across development, design, construction oversight, management, and franchising, allowing us to deliver strong, design-focused hospitality projects and identify unique opportunities in the market. The entire finance team is based in Spain, playing a central role in supporting the group's growth and investment strategy.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the finance team in Spain and a small team at the US headquarters, and oversee the full finance function of the group.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, and consolidated reporting.
  • Supervise the financial performance of SPVs and hotel development projects.
  • Review financial models, feasibility assessments, and project underwriting.
  • Lead relationships with banks and lenders, supporting financing and capital-raising processes.
  • Ensure strong financial controls, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Provide financial insights and support strategic decision-making across the business.


What We Are Looking For

  • 8–12+ years of experience in finance, ideally within real estate development, hospitality, infrastructure, or project finance.
  • International experience preferred, especially in the US.
  • Strong background in financial modeling, SPV management, and investment analysis.
  • Experience working with lenders, funds, or institutional financing.
  • Previous leadership experience within a finance team.
  • Degree in Finance, Accounting, or similar; Master's strongly valued.
  • Strong communication skills.
