Desde LHH estamos trabajando con importante empresa de Real Estate en la búsqueda de un/a Finance Operations Director para la gestión integral del portfolio de Cooperativas.

Funciones:

  • Gestión económica, financiera y administrativa de cooperativas (presupuestos,
    cash‑flow
    de obra, facturación, control de costes, contratos y documentación).
  • Supervisión del cumplimiento legal, fiscal y normativo del modelo cooperativo (estatutos, asambleas y actas, obligaciones fiscales, licencias; coordinación con asesoría legal).
  • Elaboración y seguimiento de presupuestos, planes estratégicos y de viabilidad (12–36 meses; análisis de sensibilidad y medidas correctoras ante desviaciones).
  • Coordinación con consejos rectores y equipos directivos (calendario de comités, actas,
    reporting
    ejecutivo y
    SLA
    de decisiones).
  • Optimización de procesos internos y mejora de la eficiencia operativa (SOPs, KPIs, digitalización, homologación de proveedores).
  • Relación con asesores externos, entidades financieras y organismos públicos (banca: préstamo promotor/avales; notaría/registro; ayuntamientos y otras administraciones).
  • Apoyo en procesos de crecimiento, integración o reestructuración (puesta en marcha de nuevas cooperativas, replanificación de proyectos, gestión del cambio).

Se requiere:

  • 7–10+ años en gestión integral de cooperativas de vivienda o proyectos residenciales con órganos de gobierno.
  • Conocimiento profundo del marco legal/fiscal cooperativo y experiencia con consejos rectores.
  • Sólida base en control económico, presupuestos y seguimiento de obra/licencias; gestión de riesgos.
  • Liderazgo transversal, comunicación excelente e influencia en entornos multi‑stakeholder.
  • Titulación superior (ADE/Economía/Derecho/Arq./Ing. o similar).
