INSUD PHARMA is continuously growing and is looking for a Commercial Controller to join its finance team and support decision-making that improves the company's financial performance.

What are we looking for?

• Collaborate with commercial teams to provide financial reviews, variance analysis, and strategic insights that drive profitability and informed decision-making.
• Lead monthly revenue reporting and profitability tracking, ensuring accuracy and transparency across products, customers, and geographies.
• Deliver ad-hoc analysis for business cases, investments, pricing decisions, and product launches, supporting commercial strategy with robust financial modeling.
• Support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process by validating financial inputs, ensuring reliability of estimates, and tracking performance against targets.
• Manage month-end revenue closing and consolidation for internal and HQ reporting, leveraging advanced Excel and automation tools (Power Query, VBA, Power Pivot, Power Automate).
• Liaise with cross-functional teams to ensure ERP and Power BI data accuracy, troubleshoot issues, and support continuous improvement of financial systems.

The challenge

Supervise, analyze, coordinate, report, automate, and collaborate to maximize financial efficiency and support INSUD PHARMA's commercial strategy.

What do you need?

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• Minimum 4 years' experience as a Business Controller or Commercial Controller, preferably in industrial or manufacturing environments.
• Proven expertise in profitability analysis, gross-to-net calculations, and working across multi-currency international markets.
• Strong knowledge of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• Postgraduate qualifications (MBA, Master's in Finance) and/or professional certifications (CFA, CPA, CIMA) highly valued.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and automation tools (Power Query, VBA, Power Pivot, Power Automate).
• Experience with SAP platforms (Business Objects, BPC, Analytics Cloud) and Power BI is a plus.
• Full professional proficiency in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Exceptional analytical skills, commercial acumen, and ability to work independently and collaboratively in multicultural, cross-functional teams.
