Finance operations

• Manage
  GL accounting,
  responsible of accruals and cost allocations. Execute and/or record transactions and maintain necessary supporting documentation
• Lead
  consolidation across entities
  , including handling international subsidiaries, inter-company eliminations and multi-currency reporting.
• Build
  dashboards and reporting frameworks
  that provide clear visibility into company performance, cash flow, and financial KPIs.
• Ensure full compliance with
  tax, statutory, and regulatory requirements
  across relevant jurisdictions, with a strong focus in the US.
• Manage
  external Audits,
  acting as the primary point of contact for auditors
• Manage
  cash flow reporting
• Prepare, reconcile and control
  Inter-company Transaction
  s and support
  Transfer Pricing
  documentation
• Manage
  R&D certifications
  , tax incentives, bonuses and related deductions
• Oversee
  fixed assets
  accounting and CAPEX processes.

Finance planning and reporting

• Prepare monthly
  financial reports and perform variance analysis
  , providing insights on deviations and ad-hoc analytical deep dives.
• Act as
  finance business partner
  to content, product and engineering teams. helping leads understand cost structures, budget variances, and efficiency opportunities.
• Support
  budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
  processes
• Deliver
  financial insights, scenario modeling and decision-support analysis
  to senior leadership.

Systems & Automation

• Drive improvements across financial systems, implementing automation and process optimization to increase accuracy and reduce manual work.

What you'll bring:

• Bachelor's degree in
  Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience
  in similar finance or controlling roles in fast-growing and international environments.
• Experience in
  accounting ERPs
  (SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, etc). Business Central is highly desirable
• Proficiency with
  analytics and data visualization tools
  (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
• Advanced Excel
  skills, including modeling and data manipulation.
• Desirable experience in FP&A tool
  such as Abacum
• Ability to thrive in a
  dynamic, fast-paced environment
  , with a proactive and hands-on mindset.

English is a must:

, so while certifications aren't necessary, fluency is essential. As a fully remote company, clear and effective
