Role overview:

We're seeking an experienced and well-connected Advertising Sales Leader to drive strategic partnerships with major media and entertainment brands — including global streaming platforms, channels, and app owners available on Titan OS TVs.

You will be responsible for developing and monetising advertising and sponsorship opportunities across Titan OS's interface, home screen, and content discovery environments. This includes building commercial relationships with the world's leading streaming platforms (e.g., Disney+, Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, Paramount+, etc.) and helping them leverage

Titan OS's advertising ecosystem to drive viewership, engagement, and revenue. This is a senior, high-impact commercial role for someone who thrives at the intersection of content, partnerships, and advertising.

Key responsibilities:

Strategic Sales & Partnerships

  • Lead commercial relationships with major global and regional streaming platforms, broadcasters, and media brands featured on Titan OS.
  • Develop and pitch advertising and promotional opportunities across Titan OS's CTV surfaces (home screen placements, content carousels, branded discovery zones, programmatic inventory).
  • Negotiate strategic, high-value partnerships and long-term revenue deals.

Revenue Growth & Campaign Execution

  • Define and deliver revenue targets from media and entertainment partners through direct sales and co-marketing agreements.
  • Work with Titan OS's Ad Operations, Product, and Data teams to ensure seamless campaign delivery, measurement, and optimisation.
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in ad formats, sponsored content, and performance-driven promotions.

Market & Relationship Leadership

  • Leverage existing relationships at senior levels within global entertainment companies and OTT services (Disney+, Netflix, HBO, Prime Video, Paramount+, etc.).
  • Represent Titan OS at industry events, conferences, and partner meetings to strengthen our position in the CTV ecosystem.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the streaming and advertising landscape — including monetisation trends, audience behavior, and platform competition.

What makes you a great fit:

  • 7+ years of experience in advertising sales or partnerships within the CTV, digital media, or entertainment industries.
  • Proven track record of selling advertising or sponsorship opportunities to streaming platforms, broadcasters, or major content owners.
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to negotiate complex, multi-market deals.
  • High-level industry network, with established contacts at companies such as Disney+, Netflix, Warner Bros. Discovery, Prime Video, Paramount, and Sky.
  • Deep understanding of CTV monetisation models, digital ad sales, and media planning.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in platform or OS-based environments (e.g., TV manufacturers, smart TV ecosystems).
  • Multilingual fluency (especially Spanish, French, German, or Italian).
  • Strong understanding of European media markets and their key players.
