As a Digital Advertising Account Partner, you will collaborate with high-value clients in sectors like retail, travel, and other fast-growing industries. Youll become their trusted advisor, providing strategic guidance, personalized insights, and long-term advertising solutions that truly make an impact.

What You´ll Do:
  • Support large and complex clients by optimizing their digital advertising strategies for stronger performance.
  • Offer in-depth, consultative guidance tailored to each clients goals and challenges.
  • Analyze campaign performance, identify growth opportunities, and craft long-term strategic recommendations.
  • Build and nurture long-lasting client relationships based on trust and consistent value.
  • Conduct regular check-ins to review progress, refine strategies, and ensure ongoing success.
  • Educate clients on advanced advertising best practices and platform features to help them stay competitive.
What We´re Looking For:
  • BA/BS degree in Marketing, Business, or related field or equivalent experience.
  • C2 German and strong English communication skills.
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, online advertising, or account management.
  • Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and marketing strategy; experience with larger clients is a plus.
  • A mid/senior-level profile capable of providing advanced, strategic consultations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a consultative, client-focused approach.
What You´ll Get:
  • Competitive salary: 23, ,000 gross/year + bonus.
  • Full-time role (39h/week) based in sunny Barcelona.
