Somos una empresa de apartamentos turísticos y corporativos
, presente en Madrid, Barcelona, Málaga, Milán, Roma, Venecia y Turín.

Tu misión será
maximizar los ingresos y la rentabilidad
de nuestros edificios, diseñando e implementando estrategias de
pricing
y distribución que optimicen la ocupación, el RevPAR y los resultados globales, siempre alineadas con los objetivos de la compañía.


¿Qué harás en tu día a día?

  • Analizar la demanda y las tendencias del mercado.
  • Observar a la competencia y anticiparte a sus movimientos.
  • Definir y ajustar precios dinámicos según la evolución del mercado.
  • Gestionar tarifas, restricciones y disponibilidad en los canales de venta.
  • Monitorizar resultados y hacer seguimiento de indicadores clave (ADR, OCC, RevPAR, pickup, forecast…).
  • Elaborar informes de rendimiento y previsiones de ingresos.
  • Colaborar con Operaciones, Ventas y Marketing para optimizar la estrategia global.
  • Detectar oportunidades de mejora y aplicar acciones específicas por propiedad o mercado.
  • Mantener al día las herramientas de revenue (Channel Manager, PMS, RMS).


Lo que buscamos en ti

  • Experiencia previa en
    Revenue Management
    , preferiblemente en hoteles o apartamentos turísticos.
  • Conocimiento de sistemas de gestión y análisis (PMS, RMS, Excel, Power BI…).
  • Visión estratégica y fuerte capacidad analítica.
  • Orientación a resultados y gusto por el detalle.
  • Persona organizada, resolutiva y con ganas de aprender.
  • Nivel medio/alto de inglés.
