Buscamos un
Business Operations Associate
que quiera formar parte de una startup en expansión y trabajar mano a mano con los fundadores. Es un rol dinámico, ideal para alguien con mentalidad emprendedora y ganas de involucrarse en distintas áreas del negocio: ventas, gestión de proyectos y operaciones.
Tus responsabilidades incluirán:
- Apoyar directamente a los fundadores en proyectos estratégicos y comerciales.
- Identificar oportunidades de negocio, preparar propuestas y dar seguimiento a leads.
- Participar en reuniones con clientes y partners internacionales.
- Coordinar proyectos con los equipos de diseño y desarrollo, asegurando el cumplimiento de plazos y entregables.
- Supervisar la implementación de nuevas plataformas de juego en medios internacionales.
- Analizar resultados, detectar mejoras y proponer soluciones para optimizar procesos internos.
Buscamos a alguien que:
- Sea proactivo, resolutivo y aprenda rápido.
- Tenga excelente comunicación escrita y oral (inglés y español).
- Pueda moverse entre tareas de negocio, ventas y coordinación de proyectos sin perder foco.
- Disfrute de entornos cambiantes y tenga afinidad por los medios digitales y los juegos interactivos.
