The Role

We're looking for a highly analytical and curious
Business Associate
to join our Revenue organization and work directly with our
Chief Revenue Officer
. You'll help shape strategic initiatives, drive operational excellence, and support executive-level decision-making across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and support
    cross-functional strategic initiatives
    — from market analysis to pricing and operational improvement projects.

  • Use
    structured problem-solving
    to identify growth opportunities, mitigate risks, and optimize revenue performance.

  • Build and maintain
    dashboards and reports
    that turn data into actionable insights for the CRO and leadership team.

  • Prepare
    executive presentations
    , board updates, and business reviews.

  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and CS teams to align on
    strategic priorities and KPIs
    .

  • Contribute to
    forecasting, annual planning
    , and ad-hoc analyses that inform key business decisions.

About You

  • 2+ years of experience in
    consulting, investment banking, or a business/strategy role
    in a fast-paced environment.

  • Degree in
    Business, Economics, Finance, Engineering
    , or a related field.

  • Strong
    analytical and problem-solving
    skills; comfortable translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.

  • Excellent
    business acumen
    and understanding of SaaS or tech business models.

  • Highly proficient in
    Excel/Google Sheets
    ; experience with
    Tableau, Looker, or Power BI
    is a plus.

  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and thrives in
    ambiguous and high-growth
    environments.

  • A great communicator who enjoys working closely with
    executive leadership
    .
