Operations & Strategy Associate

About The Role
We're looking for an Operations & Strategy Associate to support the Chief of Staff in driving alignment, operating cadence, and execution across the company.
This role is about making things run smoothly and predictably — coordinating complex processes, chasing inputs from senior leaders, and ensuring key meetings and deliverables happen on time and at a high standard. It requires a combination of organization, assertiveness, and emotional intelligence — someone who is confident enough to follow up and challenge when needed, yet self-aware, tactful and respectful in doing so.
You will be central to how the executive team operates: keeping leadership rhythms consistent, following up on decisions, structuring data and updates clearly, and drafting materials that communicate ideas effectively and concisely.
Why does this role matter?
You'll be a key enabler for the Chief of Staff and CEO — ensuring decisions turn into action, leadership processes run efficiently, communication across teams remains clear and aligned.
This role offers visibility into executive operations and strategy execution in a fast-paced global business, and the opportunity to grow into someone who deeply understands and improves how the company runs.
Responsibilities
Coordination & Execution
- Plan, coordinate, and track key executive processes — including QBRs, board prep, company calls, and leadership offsites.
- Manage inputs and deadlines across teams; assertively but respectfully follow up to ensure timely and complete responses.
- Prepare and refine executive materials — from slide decks to written summaries — ensuring clarity, accuracy and consistent tone.
- Maintain the CEO dashboard and other recurring reports, consolidating and interpreting data into clear, actionable summaries.
Process Improvement
- Identify inefficiencies in coordination, reporting, or communication and propose practical improvements to implement.
- Support the Chief of Staff in strengthening company-wide operating rhythms and accountability practices.
Operational Support
- Keep executive meetings schedules and documentation organized and up to date.
- Ensure recurring meetings (e.g., OKR reviews, leadership syncs) are well-prepared with outcomes well captured and followed through.
- Support the CoS and/or CEO on board processes. This includes scheduling, meeting prep and document coordination as appropriate.
- Anticipate coordination needs, cross-team dependencies, and potential bottlenecks and flag them proactively.
Requirements:
About You
Basic requirements
- 2–3 years of experience in an operational or coordination-heavy role — for example, project coordination, operations or program management in a tech company, startup, consulting, or other fast-moving environment.
- Fluent English speaker and writer.
- A deep curiosity and capacity to learn about the operations, strategy and product portfolio of our company.
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills; able to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
- Excellent command of PowerPoint/Google Slides and Excel, with comfort handling and presenting data accurately.
- Outstanding written communication skills — able to craft clear, concise summaries and executive-ready materials.
- Confident and assertive communicator, yet self-aware, tactful, and sensitive in your approach.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented and reliable, with the curiosity and business awareness to understand how the company operates and grows.
- Professional maturity and discretion when handling confidential information.
