Global Partnerships team
is one of the key engines driving that growth and we're looking for a
Strategy & Operations Analyst
to help us take it to the next level.

You'll be joining a
new and fast-growing team
, working directly alongside the
Head of Global Partnerships
and the
Partnerships Associate
. The Global Partnerships team focuses on building and scaling relationships with
Factorial's largest and most strategic partners
across international markets enabling mutual growth, co-selling opportunities, and expansion into new regions.

In this role, you'll act as the analytical and operational backbone of the Partnerships team, combining data insights with strong stakeholder collaboration to support strategic decisions, improve processes, and drive programme growth.

Together, we'll build the foundations of
reporting, insights, and partnership enablement
that will power our international expansion strategy.

What You'll Do

• Drive the growth of a new global programme
  within the Partnerships organisation, supporting its launch and ongoing optimisation.

• Build and maintain dashboards and reports
  to monitor partner performance, introductions, and pipeline progress.

• Analyse and interpret data
  to uncover trends, risks, and growth opportunities, turning insights into actionable recommendations.

• Prepare ad-hoc analyses and PowerPoint presentations
  to support leadership and partnership reviews.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams
  (Finance, Operations, and Partnerships) and
  external partners
  to align goals, streamline communication, and ensure mutual success.

• Act as a key point of contact
  for strategic partners, helping to strengthen relationships and ensure effective delivery across initiatives

Who You Are

• 1–3 years of experience
  in
  Strategy, Business Operations, or Analytics
  , ideally gained in a
  Consulting, Banking or SaaS/Tech
  environment.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with
  advanced Excel or Google Sheets
  skills.

• Strong presentation and storytelling skills able to turn analysis into clear, high-impact slides.

• Experience using a
  CRM platform
  we use
  HubSpot
  , but
  Salesforce
  or similar tools work too

• Familiarity with
  Power BI, Looker, Tableau
  , or other
  data visualisation tools
  is a
  nice to have
  .

• Fluent in
  English
  (this is a must).

• German and/or French
  language skills are a
  nice to have
  .

• Highly organised and detail-oriented, with a passion for improving processes and driving efficiency.

• Excellent communicator who can translate data and insights into clear recommendations and engaging presentations.

• Collaborative, proactive, and adaptable comfortable working with cross-functional teams and external partners in a fast-paced, international environment.
