Join our
Global Accounts team
and help shape transformative solutions. We're looking for someone who can turn complex challenges into actionable, scalable proposals, working hand-in-hand with delivery and sales teams to ensure feasibility and impact.
Main tasks and accountabilities will be:
- Spot opportunities and ideate innovative, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Design end-to-end digital architectures across
Cloud, Data, etc
, and enterprise platforms, selecting the best delivery model for each case. - Craft compelling narratives that showcase the business impact of your solutions.
- Translate customer needs into clear, robust technical proposals (RFPs, SOWs, architectures, estimates).
- Lead technical workshops, demos, and PoCs with clients and internal teams.
- Partner with Sales and Consulting to define solution strategies and guide presales processes.
- Contribute to evolving our solution portfolio and drive innovation initiatives.
- Ensure seamless technical alignment between presales and delivery teams.
What do we expect from you?
- 3–6 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, innovation, product development, or technical consulting.
- Background in IT consulting (not product-only companies).
- Strong technical foundation in
software engineering, R&D, emerging tech, cloud
, or similar. - Ability to translate tech into business value and communicate effectively with stakeholders, especially at
Senior Management level
. - Experience defining technical proposals, architectures, or digital product concepts.
- Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams.
- Fluent in
English (C1–C2)
;
German
is a plus. - Comfortable with tools like
Excel, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Confluence, Jira
. - Willingness to travel occasionally (US, EU, India).
Work Location
- Madrid (hybrid – 1-2 days on site)
Work Schedule
- Full time, flexible
