Join our
Global Accounts team
and help shape transformative solutions. We're looking for someone who can turn complex challenges into actionable, scalable proposals, working hand-in-hand with delivery and sales teams to ensure feasibility and impact.

Main tasks and accountabilities will be:

• Spot opportunities and ideate innovative, scalable solutions that deliver measurable value.
• Design end-to-end digital architectures across
  Cloud, Data, etc
  , and enterprise platforms, selecting the best delivery model for each case.
• Craft compelling narratives that showcase the business impact of your solutions.
• Translate customer needs into clear, robust technical proposals (RFPs, SOWs, architectures, estimates).
• Lead technical workshops, demos, and PoCs with clients and internal teams.
• Partner with Sales and Consulting to define solution strategies and guide presales processes.
• Contribute to evolving our solution portfolio and drive innovation initiatives.
• Ensure seamless technical alignment between presales and delivery teams.

What do we expect from you?

• 3–6 years of experience in presales, solution architecture, innovation, product development, or technical consulting.
• Background in IT consulting (not product-only companies).
• Strong technical foundation in
  software engineering, R&D, emerging tech, cloud
  , or similar.
• Ability to translate tech into business value and communicate effectively with stakeholders, especially at
  Senior Management level
  .
• Experience defining technical proposals, architectures, or digital product concepts.
• Collaborative mindset and enthusiasm for working with Sales, Delivery, and Product teams.
• Fluent in
  English (C1–C2)
  ;
  German
  is a plus.
• Comfortable with tools like
  Excel, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Confluence, Jira
  .
• Willingness to travel occasionally (US, EU, India).

Work Location

• Madrid (hybrid – 1-2 days on site)
