We are leaders on digital technology services, and we provide large-scale technologic solutions to big companies.What we look for?For our Global Accounts team, we are looking for a Senior Presales / Solutions Specialist to be part of a team specialized in solution design and proposal development, working closely with our Technology Centers of Excellence and Business Enablement teams to deliver high-impact solutions to global clients.Main Tasks And Accountabilities Will BeLead and coordinate the creation of tailored solutions from a technology, delivery, and business perspective.Develop persuasive proposals and RFP responses with cross-functional teams.Provide technical advisory during client meetings, demos, and workshops.Maintain reusable content and templates to streamline future pursuits.Stay informed on industry trends and emerging technologies.Advocate for AI-ready approaches in solution design.What do we expect from you?Minimum 5 years in presales, solution consulting or technical sales support.Proven experience in crafting large proposals (>3M€).Strong understanding of enterprise tech stacks (Cloud, Data, AI), business solutions (SAP, Salesforce), and delivery models.Experience in international environments with distributed teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Fluent in English (C1-C2 level); German is highly valued.Skilled in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, MS Dynamics, Confluence, Jira.Willingness to travel occasionally (US, EU, India).Work LocationMadrid (hybrid – 1-2 days on site)Work ScheduleFull time, flexibleWhat can we offer?23 days of Annual Leave plus the 24th and 31st of December as discretionary daysNumerous benefits (Health Care Plan, teleworking compensation, Life and Accident Insurances).`Retribución Flexible´ Program: (Meals, Kinder Garden, Transport, online English lessons, Health Care Plan…)Free access to several training platformsProfessional stability and career plansUST also, compensates referrals from which you could benefit when you refer professionals.The option to pick between 12 or 14 payments along the year.Real Work Life Balance measures (flexibility, WFH or remote work policy, compacted hours during summertime…)UST Club Platform discounts and gym Access discountsIf you would like to know more, don't hesitate to apply and we'll get in touch to fill you in detail.
