About the role
As a Senior Technical Presales Specialist at Lyric, you will join us at a pivotal moment in our growth journey. Working closely with our Sales and Product teams, you'll be responsible for architecting and demonstrating technical solutions that showcase the power of our enterprise AI platform. This role combines deep technical expertise with consultative selling—you'll craft compelling technical narratives and demonstrations while supporting our sales team in complex enterprise deals. The ideal candidate will thrive in translating complex supply chain challenges into tangible AI-powered solutions, bringing technical credibility and domain expertise to every customer interaction.
What you'll do
Translate complex concepts into compelling stories. Bring advanced ideas like optimization, prediction, and automation to life for both technical and non-technical audiences through clear storytelling and data-driven insight.
Drive the technical side of the sales process. Partner with Account Executives to lead discovery, scope and define Proofs of Concept (PoCs), craft Statements of Work (SOWs), and deliver tailored demos that showcase value.
Lead value-focused conversations. Drive ROI discussions, develop business impact models, and champion value-based selling to demonstrate measurable outcomes for customers.
Act as a trusted technical advisor. Collaborate closely with customer executives and internal stakeholders to shape solution strategy, influence the product roadmap, and ensure successful customer outcomes.
Deliver hands-on, impactful solutions. Use your technical expertise (Python, SQL, data connectors, APIs) and industry knowledge of supply chain challenges to design, build, and deliver fast, scalable solutions.
Elevate the team and process. Mentor junior presales talent, build repeatable demo frameworks, and implement scalable processes that boost efficiency and win rates across the sales cycle.
Who you are
8+ years of technical presales or solutions engineering experience in enterprise software, with a strong background in either supply chain software or AI/ML platforms
Deep understanding of supply chain processes and technologies, with ability to translate complex technical concepts into business value
Strong presentation and demo skills with experience speaking to both technical and executive-level audiences
Excellent project management skills with ability to handle multiple complex sales cycles simultaneously
Location: Remote - Spain. Some travel is required.
