Our client, a renowned global healthcare leader, is seeking a SAP Source to Pay (Functional Consultant) to drive their procurement and financial transformation initiatives. This role involves analyzing, designing, and configuring SAP's Source to Pay (S2P) processes, including SAP S/4HANA (MM, FI), SAP Ariba, and SAP Fieldglass, to optimize end -to -end procurement operations. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and vendors to ensure seamless alignment between SAP functionalities and organizational goals. Note: This is a contractual role which will run through 2026. The candidate must be flexible to work in the client's preferred time zone, which may include EST or CEST The Role:Lead the analysis, design, and configuration of end -to -end Source to Pay (S2P) processes in SAP S/4HANA (MM, FI, CO), SAP Ariba (Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, Invoicing), and SAP Fieldglass (Vendor Management). Collaborate with business process owners to gather, document, and validate functional and technical requirements.Configure SAP workflows, approvals, and business rules to streamline procurement, invoicing, and payment processes.Conduct gap analysis between current -state and future -state processes, recommending best -practice solutions.Develop functional specifications for custom developments, integrations, and reports in collaboration with technical teams.Lead user training sessions and create training materials (e.g., user manuals, process guides) for SAP S2P modules.Support system testing (SIT, UAT) and go -live activities, ensuring smooth transition and adoption.Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency, compliance, and user experience in SAP S2P processes.Act as a subject matter expert (SME) for SAP Ariba and Fieldglass, providing guidance on industry trends and innovationsRequirementsBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Supply Chain, or a related field. 7+ years of experience as a SAP Functional Consultant, with a focus on Source to Pay (S2P) processes.Deep expertise in SAP S/4HANA (MM, FI, CO), SAP Ariba (Procure -to -Pay, Sourcing, Contracts), and SAP Fieldglass.Strong understanding of procurement processes, including vendor management, sourcing, contracting, invoicing, and payments.Experience in configuring SAP workflows, approvals, and business rules for procurement and financial operations.Knowledge of SAP integration with third -party systems (e.g., ERP, CRM, and legacy systems).Familiarity with SAP analytics tools (e.g., SAP Analytics Cloud, SAC, and embedded analytics).Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between business and IT teams.Strong analytical and problem -solving skills, with a process -oriented mindset.Experience in Agile or hybrid project methodologies is preferred.Experience in Healthcare/ Pharma industry is a strong plus.
