Source to Pay Procurement Excellence Lead

What You'll Do:

Criteo is seeking a strategic and hands-on Source to Pay Process Excellence Lead to drive the optimization of the full Source-to-Pay (S2P) value chain. Based in Barcelona and reporting to the VP of Finance Transformation, this high-stakes and visibility role will cover all procurement processes from intake to payment. The person will work jointly with the Procurement team, Finance Operations and Controlling department to ensure process excellence, tool alignment, and transformation readiness.

Criteo has recently launched a major ERP reset program , and the Process Excellence Lead will play a pivotal role in leading the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) stream of this implementation. In parallel, the role will drive a broader revamping of S2P tools and processes, ensuring scalability, efficiency, user friendliness and alignment with business needs.

Key Responsibilities – What You Will Do

• Drive the revamping of S2P tools and processes, including automation and digitalization initiatives.
• Own the P2P stream within the ERP program (Oracle Fusion), ensuring timely delivery, and stakeholder alignment.
• Collaborate with Procurement, Finance Operations and Controlling department to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Define and monitor KPIs to measure process performance and identify improvement opportunities.
• Act as a key contributor to the Finance Modernization program, supporting cross-functional initiatives and change management.
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and training to ensure adoption of best practices.
• Eventually, ensure continuous improvement and functional maintenance of the S2P chain including process and tooling.

Who You Are:

• Proven experience in leading Procurement transformation initiatives, ideally in ERP program context.
• Strong understanding of upstream and downstream procurement processes.
• Good knowledge of the Procuretech ecosystem including the most recent GenAI-powered solutions and familiarity with Oracle Cloud and/or SAP ERP systems is a plus.
• Strategic thinking of an end-to-end process optimization with ability to be pragmatic in planning and execution
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills from end user to senior leader.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).Spanish or French is a plus.
