Administration Specialist

Main responsibility:
Responsible for the management of the company's vehicles;
Responsible for the management of the company's fixed assets;
Responsible for the management of the company's office environment;
Responsible for Administration (General affair) department expenses management;
Responsible for the company's business trip planning work and reception work;
Other work assigned by leaders
Coordinate team: Sales, market, after-sales, financial and other departments.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree, use of the English language for the daily work requirements on a 90%
basis;
More than 5 years working experience of administration or General affairs;
Other special requirement: service awareness, strong execution skills; Must hold a valid dring licence and be comfortable driving for work purposes.
Language: Fluent in English, Spanish professional level, Chinese will be a plus
